Conserve LEX

Harvest is a word that has deep meaning in the fabric of time. Marked by the development of agriculture, gratitude has always been at the forefront. Corn stalks, grains, gourds, pumpkins, apples, and spice are symbols of this season and are all supplied by our hard-working farmers. The commodities we use daily are made possible by their hard work and invaluable knowledge. As we slow down our busy summer schedules, let’s all be sure to stay thankful for their work.

In our fall newsletter, we touch on programs available to assist those who grow and produce for our daily lives. We also give updates on urban programs available to those in Fayette County and hope to share inspiration for conservation. Our 2023 summer high school scholarship awardees are announced, and future educational opportunities for budding conservationists. We are always gracious to share with you and thankful for your conservation work this summer season.
