Along the black fences in horse country, producer Zach Selby can be found growing on four acres of premier Kentucky soil. He has dedicated himself to developing this land sustainably, which aligns perfectly with the vibrant food culture of Lexington. With almost 20 years of varied culinary experience, spanning from bakeries to fine dining, Selby shared that his previous career path, “led me to start farming as a way to close the loop on what inspires me.”
